Why P.H.A.T? I was that little girl with big dreams that had no one to believe in me. By the age of 16, both parents were deceased. It was up to me and God to make it happen. I lived in hotels, rooming houses until I realized that I had to take the gift in my hand to make it happen. I was a stylist, good at my craft, but if not surrounded by the right people, my gift was taken as it was ordinary. I made up my mind to become licensed and my world turned. One day, someone like myself asked me if I ever considered owning my own salon. My reply was I couldn’t afford it. Moving forward, Mary Mitchelle took her money and invested in me! Many years later, I found myself passionate about the little girls with dreams because I am an orphan!!! Therefore, as founder and CEO of P.H.A.T, I know the importance of someone believing in the little girl within. As a parent or caretaker of your daughter, stepdaughter, niece or granddaughter, you understand the importance of impacting their future through growth and development. P.H.A.T is the business academy for you to choose for her. I’m not only passionate about being a mentor to your little girl's dreams & aspirations. In my heart, I am still connected to that orphaned little girl on the journey to fulfilling my BIG dreams!
